5.2.3WENDUCHUANGANQIDESHEJI

温度传感器采用Pt1000铂电阻温度传感器,该型温度传感器测温精度高,经过后端放大调理后一般优于0.5度,长期稳定性重复性好,采用装配式铂电阻,其主要由外保护管、铂电阻、和氧化铝装配而成,引出线采用三线制,三根导线截面积和长度相同,避免导线电阻的影响,消除测量误差。该型温度传感器重量约为10g。温度传感器信号采用1米长的电缆与温度差压传感器连接,温度变送电路和差压传感器放在一起,信号输出和差压传感器共用一个接插件,信号采用4~2mA电流信号传送。在器件选型上,电阻、电容、三极管等均采用国产的军标级器件,组件采用进口高质量芯片,并严格进行老化筛选,剔除不合格产品。我们对该型电路进行了低温试验,在-55℃下仍能保证正常。该套电路已成功应用在相关军用工程上,经过了长期考核,能有效在-55℃环境下长期工作。
