2 总体要求及技术指标

数据采集器实时采集传感器数据,并将全部数据通过RS-422接口实时发送给遥测系统;数据采集器具有数据记忆重发功能;数据采集器向航空发动机子系统3个压力传感器供电,并采集其输出,信号特征为05V;航空发动机电气系统向数据采集器供电,设备上电自动初始化后自动开始数据采集、数据处理和数据传输,设备掉电即自动停止工作。设备固定安装在航空发动机体内,外形尺寸及机械连接与总体协商确定。航空发动机电气系统向设备提供配电(27VDC);与电控系统的数据接口(RS-422)要求及数据格式由双方协商确定;所有接插件采用小体积并满足航天标准(航天级)的接插件。系统具备完整的自检测和监控措施,向总体提供所需的地面测试接口要求;系统正常或故障情况下,均不能影响其它系统的正常工作;系统满足发动机风洞试验环境条件、电磁兼容性、三性、目标重量分配等技术指标。

3 研制指导思想

4 总体设计方案

4.1 XITONGGAISHU

从功能上,航空发动机压力测量系统主要由三个部分组成,压力传感器阵列用来获取发动机进气道、燃烧室的压力信号;数据采集器采集这些压力信号,同时通过对外电气接口获取燃料供应子系统的三路压力传感器信号,为噪声传感器提供4~20mA接口并采集其信号。数据采集器还需完成对采集的信号的调理、滤波、多路数据选择、A/D转换,数据的分析,处理,存储,接收飞控分系统的指令信号,通过RS422接口完成对数据的传输等功能。对外电气接口功能主要包括RS422接口,控制信号接口,电源接口,420mA接口,调试测试接口。这些接口在物理上采用一个25芯的电连接器,有些接口在管脚上功能是复用的。

5.2.1采集器的原理框图:8路压力传感器输出的电压信号通过模拟开关接到DSC的模拟信号输入端,另外15路压力传感器输出的电压信号直接接到DSC的模拟信号输入端,此外,1路噪声传感器输出的电流信号经过I/V转换后直接接到DSC的模拟信号输入端,采集器的DSC控制多路选择器的选通控制端,从8路压力传感器的电压信号中选择一路电压信号输入进入片内的10位A/D转换器进行AD转换,DSC对24路转换结果按照一定格式进组织,通过RS-422接口实时发送给遥测分系统。同时,采集器根据记忆启动信号决定是否对数据进行存储,根据重发启动信号决定是否对历史数据重发。

5.2.3多路选择与AD转换:集成多路模拟开关是自动数据采集、程控增益放大等技术领域的常用器件,其实际使用性能的优劣对系统的严谨和可靠性有重要影响。在本设计中,模拟多路开关采用AD公司的16通道ADG526A芯片,采用DIP28封装。该器件具有开关速度快,低导通电阻RON等特点。同时,该器件片内集成了锁存器。工作温度为-55℃125℃。压力信号的输入方式采用单端输入,这种接法适用于传输信号相对于系统模拟公共地的测量,且信号电平明显大于系统中的共模干扰。这样做的优点是减少了模拟开关的数量需求,缺点是系统基本失去了共模抑制能力。

由于多路开关的内部电路相互联系,所以多余的通道可能产生干扰信号,因此多余通道的输入端都作接地处理。ADC采用SMJ320F240内部两个10位的8通道AD转换器,每次AD转换的最长时间为6.6uS,两个转换器可以并行工作。转换可由软件、内部或者外部事件启动,其转换方式可设为单个转换或者连续转换。转换结果存入一个两级FIFO寄存器中,便于成批或者选择处理。SMJ320F240 ADC的参考电压可以通过VREFHI和VREFLO引脚在05V范围内分别设置上下参考电压,使系统设计非常灵活。对模拟开关的控制通过多路开关控制寄存器来操作,具体的定义CPLD模块。
